Enjoy a relaxing stay at our beautiful home on the Mermentau River. This house sleeps 9 easily with 6 beds, a queen sleeper sofa, a futon and two full bathrooms to accommodate a large family. This home offers an outside screened in sitting area, and private wharf to enjoy fishing. Dock your boat at the public boat launch located about 5 minutes from the house and enjoy a nice cruise on the river. We also offer a camper spot located on the property for an additional fee, 50 amp full hook up.

Whether you are visiting Orange for work or play, the Bayou Bungalow is the perfect place to stay! This brand new cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen size Casper bed, plus a full size sofa bed in the living room. You'll find a huge walk in shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances as well as pots, dishes, coffee maker, etc. all the comforts of home! It even has a washer and dryer! New mini splits and tankless water heater keep you comfy during your visit.

You’ll love sipping your coffee (or wine) on the large porches, complete with swing, rockers, and ceiling fans. Bring your furry friend and take long walks around the tree-lined property, or cozy up with your loved one and bask in the privacy of the cabin.

Cajun Acres Log Cabin

Our cozy cabin sits in the heart of Cajun country, about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. It's a great place to spend time relaxing in the quiet serenity of South Louisiana, or enjoy spending a night or more traveling through, it is located just 8 miles north of Interstate 10. We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.

This is the perfect bayou getaway in the heart of Cajun Country. It overlooks Bayou Amy, which is adjacent to the Atchafalaya Basin. It’s also within minutes of genuine and authentic Cajun cuisine (Landry’s and Pat’s) and local fishing and boating spots (Atchafalaya Basin). With a deck overlooking the water, a comfy bed, and plenty of outdoor space, it covers all points of interest! A great hideaway spot for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families!
