The front of the unit looks out to the boat ramp reserve with large trees and some filtered views of St Georges Basin. The boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning table are just across the road, this area also includes public toilets and childrens playground. Just down the road you will find a cafe/ shop and further from there is Palm Beach which is great for the kids, fishing, kayaking etc. It is a great place to relax and unwind and only 10 minute drive to Hyams Beach. Family friendly beach house, easy coast stay!

Family friendly home 5 mins walk to Palm Beach & playground. This 2 story home has a retired couple living upstairs. Private downstairs has one bedroom of 4 single beds & cot & one queen bed in the main bedroom. Perfect for families & friends. Kitchenette, big backyard, beautiful water views and plenty of games and toys to keep the kids busy. It’s a wonderful house on the water ready to provide you an easy stay! Sorry absolutely no pets. Beach towels are not provided.
