Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

The Annex is finished to the highest standard, is fully equipped with all you will need, 50inch QLED TV and Bose sound, Washer Dryer, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Air Fryer, Boiling water Tap, Coffee machine and much more. Gable Cottage is in the picturesque village of Braunston-in-Rutland. A unique two bedroom cottage annexe, with bath and shower. Dining room with kitchenette (air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle), and cute gallery sitting area overlooking it. Breakfast welcome pack included, we make our own bread! Access via private lane, parking for 2 cars. We also have an electric car charger Children over 10 welcome, no pets. Discount of £30 a night if only want one bedroom - message us before booking.

A haven for peace and quiet or a good basecamp for outdoor activity. Not suitable for infants, children or animals.

The property includes complimentary tea and coffee, and the free use of a Nespresso machine, sky TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A Tesla/EV charger is also available to use at extra cost. Well behaved dogs are more than welcome to stay!

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
