Great place with panoramic views of mountain vistas. Fully stocked with just about everything you need, spices, oils, flour, plenty of pots pans, cookware, comfy bed, TV with Roku (no need to turn on;) , bookshelf with books, washer, dryer, full kitchen with full size stove/oven and fridge/freezer. Great with communication, directions, periodic check-ins with Guy via messaging to make sure all okay! Friendly and shared some history and storytelling about Alaska Adventures! Would definitely stay again!

Great last minute spot that I booked. The view of the lake is beautiful and watching the planes take off and land. Only thing I didn’t account for was how loud these little planes are especially when they’re taking off at 6:30am. If you want to sleep in just keep that in mind. I would stay here again though.

This is our second stay at this place and was as good as the first. Well cleaned and peaceful and just the right amount of space for us. Hosts were very nice to leave bottled water in the fridge for drinking and coffee and a few snacks to munch on. Easy place to get in and out of and great views.

Delightful - neat, clean and thoughtfully appointed. We loved having the washer/dryer (with detergent!), two bathrooms and plethora of beds. I'd read the reviews, so knew to expect one of the bedrooms to be a walk-through. With only two couples and a kid, we didn't use it. This place would be a fabulous value for a giant family. Good parking, nice, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to some restaurants. A short drive to the spit. We virtually didn't hear the guests on the floor above. Very professionally managed, would definitely stay again.

Cute studio apartment. Jonathan’s home was cozy. The first night, the people staying upstairs were so loud and felt like they were stomping when they were walking up until past 1am. It was hard to sleep when we had an early day next day to go fishing. The next night, there were different people staying upstairs and weren’t as loud but you could hear them. The bathroom was clean, it could just use a new shower curtain and scrub on the bottom lip. Bottom line, Jonathon’s place had what we needed to lay our heads at night for a comfortable price.

Great location! 7 mins from everything. Walking distance to coffee and a few restaurants. Very clean and as described. Kristen was very quick to respond and helpful when needed. Would book again next time and already sent the listing to friends!

My husband and I normally car camp when we come to Homer, but we decided to do a last minute long weekend and wanted to stay inside this time. Candice’s place was so cute and in the perfect location for all the things we did. Great view of the ocean from the apartment. We had an amazing time and will definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay at Emily's place! It was simple, clean, easy to find, and perfectly located near everything we wanted to do on the Spit. We only stayed for one night, but we made the most of it. We took a relaxing walk on the beach right outside the apartment, then enjoyed an incredible dinner at Finn's Pizza, which is conveniently next door (seriously, the best pizza we've ever had!). The highlight was being able to bring our pizza back to enjoy on our private second-story deck while watching the sunset over Kachemak Bay. We wrapped up the evening with a short walk to the historic Salty Dawg Saloon. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept soundly. Overall, it’s a great spot on the Homer Spit, and we’d highly recommend it!

Staying at Old and Bold was fantastic! June and her husband Felix were wonderful hosts and are now my new friends. The home was immaculate and the view spectacular. It felt like staying with family. June and her three dogs were wonderful! My dog Maddie loved playing with them and June checked on her when I was away. The only thing I would say, is that the listing made it look like I was renting the whole home, but it was only the bottom floor. It ended up being better that way and my stay was incredible. I will be back!

This was a beautiful home, very clean, and had everything we needed. Great location, nice neighborhood. Loved the crane singing in the backyard! 100% would stay here again!

Great location just down from Bishop Beach and right up from Homer Spit. Very clean and cozy and feels like a safe area.

Lovely place; very clean and well stocked. There was so much information on the area and that was very helpful. The view was nice and when we opened the window there was a nice breeze. Lila was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

They were both wonderful people who treated us like old friends. Our experience with them was phenomenal and we felt completely welcome and at peace. Truly wonderful hosts and an exceptional living space.

We absolutely love staying here. Peaceful with amazing views! Private hot tub with views of the mountain is why we book this place! Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen. 10/10 recommend

Juxia and Stephen were fantastic hosts! They were very welcoming and tended to anything I needed. So happy to have chosen this place. I had a car so it was easy for me to get around, but it’s in a fantastic location in proximity to the center of the town.
