It's a nice small independent bungalow in a gated society. The society is being developed. Hence some construction activity is going on. The place is about 3 km removed from the city and hence ideally it's best when you have your own vehicle. If you don't, the caretaker Mr. Mane has his own auto and can take you to the city at a cost of course. The house is a hall with open kitchen with mattresses on the floor for 2 people and a bedroom with a bed for 2 people. The bathroom is big and has an outstanding flow of water. There is a nice garden outside and there is a terrace access too. It is also value for money when you have more than 2 people ie. when you need to book more than 1 hotel room. Prompt response from the host always. Good option to consider when in Solapur.

As mentioned in previous reviews, there is only one air conditioning unit in the apt. However there is a very comfy futon that folds out into a queen bed in the living room near the air conditioner! The location is great, close to all the main attractions.

Asmita has been a wonderful host, we were a party of 12 and had made last minute booking. Still with our travel schedule she made sure we were able to get relatively early check in and helped us avoid unnecessary time waste and inconvenience.

Very good property

We visited Bellary for a conference on 7-9th February 2025. We were in a bit of a fix in finding accommodation as the Hotel listings & reviews did not seem appealing. In a stroke of luck I chanced on Pratik’s listing. We chatted online and over a couple of calls our itinerary was sorted. As the regular housekeeper was unavailable, Pratik ensured that there was a person to greet us and show us around the house the day we arrived. The house was clean and very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood; felt just like home. The kitchen had all amenities to rustle up a meal but we brought in mostly vegetarian takeaways for dinner. The cutlery was ample. There is a nearby takeaway for idli/dosa breakfast, which we did, and got our coffee in a flask. Even though Pratik was not available at the property, he was very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and quick replies to any queries. He is a welcoming host who knows his town. Someday we do hope to reciprocate his hospitality.

If I’m ever visiting Hampi again, I’m definitely going to book this place again! I honestly cannot say enough good things about both the property and the host. The location is absolutely perfect—close to almost every major tourist attraction. Raghuveer's hospitality was really incredible. He genuinely considered the needs of his guests and proactively provided everything we might need, without even having to ask. It felt like staying at a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Hampi!

The stay was good and peaceful. The owner is very helpful and humble. They even accommodated my request for early check-in. The caretaker, Anil, was very friendly and eager to help. I'm gonna suggest the property to all my friends and relatives who will visit Hampi.

Very naturalistic place surrounded with mountains, river, paddy fields, lots of birds, beauty views of sunrise and sunset. 45 mins drive to Hampi attractions. Had some maintenance issues but were addressed timely by both Host and Co-Host as soon as they were reported. Overall it was a good experience.

This was a two-night stay at Mantralayam, and the accommodation was exactly as described—comfortable, well-equipped, and providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. Although the place is a bit away from the main temple area (a 5-10 minute drive), Vikash ensured that this was never an issue, making our stay truly enjoyable. Vikash, the host, was outstanding—extremely courteous, always available regardless of the time, and very knowledgeable with local recommendations for activities, transportation, and food options. He was eager to assist with any queries or concerns we had. Overall, my stay was excellent, and Vikash’s warm hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommended!
