This classic 1960’s three-bedroom beach house is a 5-minute stroll from Emu Point beach, marina, and fantastic Emu Point cafe. Inside, you’ll find a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and 3 comfortable bedrooms with plush mattresses for a great night’s sleep. After a day exploring the beach or local attractions, unwind on the deck with garden and bushland views. Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.
