This year round heated cabin (no water in cabin) has use of a separate building called Basecamp which has 7 bathrooms, free laundry facilities, a double kitchen, fireplace, and plenty of seating. This is a quiet, comfortable home with everything you need to relax and unwind. The driveway is gated and the area is fenced. There is a yard with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. There are many flowers and shade trees. The home is five minutes from town and between two rivers. We live next door and are available as needed. Please note the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are quite steep. There’s a picture of the stairs in the photo section. We look forward to your visit soon!

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
