You'll love the leafy views from our self-contained garden cottage. We are high on the hill in convenient Mitchelton with great NNE aspect. It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)

Within 5-10 mins of bushwalks, national parks, Gallery Walk, cafes and wineries. The cottage meets the rainforest... it is the perfect retreat for a mountain getaway. Peaceful, tranquil, and with abundant bird life. Sleeps up to 6. (Also offered on the property is Regent Bower Cottage, fully detached house sleeping 6)

Guest house

The cottage is completely separate from the main house on a half-acre block in Karana Downs 28 kms to Brisbane CBD or 12 kms to Ipswich CBD. It is fully self-contained, modern, airy, quiet and peaceful. It has a full kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge area and one double bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with safety railings. The cottage has two split system air conditioners and two ceiling fans. It has a large private covered verandah on 2 sides and undercover parking for one car.

This house is set up for a great get away, fishing, paddle boarding or kayaking holiday with the beach right out in front of the cottage. Access via a lock box will make your arrival easy. Once you arrive, this property will make you feel a million miles away.
