Enjoy the comforts of home without missing any of the excitement of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. We recently renovated our guest suite and hope that you love it as much as we do. The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Our cottage apartment (upstairs above a detached garage) is a quaint & intimate one room, 500 square foot getaway with a queen bed, full size sleeping loft, futon and couch (not a pull-out), as well as a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, just 12 minutes from Red Rocks and Bear Creek Lake, 5 minutes from hiking, biking and paddle boarding at Chatfield State Park, 8 minutes from South Valley Park, 20 minutes from Denver, and 45 from DIA.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

It's secure and inside a brick home in an established neighborhood of Historic Old Town Littleton. Short walk to cool, downtown Littleton's many restaurants, bars, shops, light rail, bus lines, recreation center, and parks. We are also easy drives to many of the area's wedding venues. 20 minute drive/ 25 minute light-rail ride to downtown Denver and 25 min. drive to Red Rocks theater.
