Enjoy the comforts of home without missing any of the excitement of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. We recently renovated our guest suite and hope that you love it as much as we do. The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Our cottage apartment (upstairs above a detached garage) is a quaint & intimate one room, 500 square foot getaway with a queen bed, full size sleeping loft, futon and couch (not a pull-out), as well as a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, just 12 minutes from Red Rocks and Bear Creek Lake, 5 minutes from hiking, biking and paddle boarding at Chatfield State Park, 8 minutes from South Valley Park, 20 minutes from Denver, and 45 from DIA.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Mountain living and close to nature. Property is visited daily by one or more locals, deer, elk, red and black fox, a mountain lion, black horned squirrels, Setlers Jays. & Hummingbirds. Summary Garden-level apartment suite, approximately 800 SF, with a living room, 3/4 bath, and 2 private queen bed bedrooms, in lower level of main house. Your own private entrance (locked with a dead bolt key pad) and a small patio area for enjoying our wonderful sunshine, patio space available and large backyard. Come and go as you please and park your car in front of our house or in front of the mailbox. House is on a cul-de-sac, so low traffic. Driveway parking negotiable.
