Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Located about a 1/2 mile from the Bishop Beach area, 2 miles to the Spit and all the ocean activities you can imagine.A full kitchen for those who want to cook their catch or restaurants nearby that are outstanding. We have a freezer that you can store your catch in, but check with me on freeze space. Well behaved dogs welcome. Poo bad provided. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

The unit is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, 43” Smart TV, stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi for your convenience. However, due to the spiral staircase, we do not recommend this unit for children.

The Lookout Apartment . This place is a little slice of Heaven it has sweeping views of outer Kachemak Bay and Kenai Mnts. and 3 major Volcanoes across Cook Inlet. It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. The Lookout Apt makes a great home base you can go anywhere on the Kenai Pennisula in 3 hrs. from here, make sure to check out are week long discount.

Located in the Heart of Homer on Beluga Lake. Wonderful bird watching on the deck. Watch float planes land and take off the lake. Walking distance to brewery & farmers market. Bike into town, or along the Homer Spit trail. Upper unit with luxurious accommodations. High ceiling, queen size bed. Cozy interior design. Outside private seating overlooking Beluga Lake. 2 guest limit. There is a shared lower deck with a gas fire place. Rental of Lower Unit/ whole property is available.

This is a second story downtown deluxe suite with views of the beautiful Cook Inlet. 2 blocks from the court house, restaurants, art galleries, near the coastal trail. This beautiful top floor apartment has granite counters, wall fireplace, large outdoor deck, soaking tub, and full laundry. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Take advantage of fall/winter rates. Visiting family in Anchorage, shopping or medical appointments.

Zakk's Hideaway @ Duke's Black Dog Lodge

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
