Such a great place! A quick walk to downtown and also conveniently located for any day trips out of Anchorage. Fast internet for working remotely. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Would highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay. Very home like, quiet, and peaceful place to stay. Its in walking distance to a grocery store and laundry on site so if you dont want to youll never have to leave the door step. Host always responds and acts in a very proactive manner very pleased to rent the property

This condo was perfect for skiing Alyeska. Walking distance to a few lifts, close to bars & restaurants. Super nice to have some staples available for the kitchen. Lots of coffee and filters, condiments in the fridge, spices for cooking, and foil/bags. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, pool table/ping pong available. Washer and dryers also available. Would stay here again.

We LOVED staying at Lyra's place. Perfect for our family of 4 and with two young kiddos. It was spacious, had everything we needed, beautiful views, and was within walking distance to amazing food and the beach. We loved drinking our morning while taking in the views. A great place to recharge after a long day of adventures.

Wonderful gem tucked right into the beautiful ski town of Girdwood! Even though we weren't skiing in September, the walkability to town, food and the brewery, was fabulous. There's even a neighborhood waterfall trail a short walk down the road. Jessica was an outstanding hostess and gave me so much great info before our trip when I inquired, along with instant responses during our stay when we had a few questions. The only thing that wasn't as advertised, was the jetted tub. It is indeed that type of tub but the jets don't work properly and only my left foot got a massage. But still a nice soak! I do highly recommend the Nordic spa at Alyeska Resort though for a day of pampered soaking right under the forest canopy. Epic! We heard the upstairs neighbor just a few times, but Jessica has a sound machine and extra earplugs in her bedroom and that was such a great touch that I haven't found anywhere else! Thanks Jessica, we hope to return again to your wonderful rental.

Nice location, easily walkable to the UMed District if traveling for healthcare work. Host was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Clear instructions for check in/out. Space was tidy with necessary amenities for a long term stay.

This is one of the very few listings that are actually worth booking, the pictures really do the place justice. I was satisfied with every single detail that I saw in person. Very safe neighborhood/area. There is a park next to the building, I enjoyed my morning walks.

Rowena was very warm, flexible and responsive I requested an earlier check in and delayed check out because of my training schedule and she happily accommodated. This apartment felt like home. I am very particular about cleanliness and this home was impeccably clean. It was well stocked, and warmly decorated. It had a large, walkthrough master bedroom closet, and the master bed was luxuriously soft, while also supportive. The view of the mountains was a therapeutic start to my mornings and lovely to eat dinner and study with in the background. The garage was large enough to fit a large SUV. I loved this stay, and would return in the future!

Great location easy access to restaurants stores, and to our son’s house. This was a great place for us to stay at while my son and his wife were having a baby. Our host and cohost was great at responding to any questions that I had would stay again.

Great place to stay, amazing value for the whole condo and easy to bring my dog. I booked last minute and was able to text and get the check in info within 15 minutes. Would recommend if you’re staying overnight or a couple of weeks in Girdwood.

We had a great stay at Amy’s Girdwood apartment. We came in on rail and left from Girdwood station and her place was close to the station. Girdwood is a quaint town, a taste of Alaska! The ski resort is right there as well. While we came in the summer, it would be a perfect place to stay while skiing! Thanks Amy for a great stay!

Cute, convenient little place. Has everything we needed, including a couple ice coolers in freezer that came in handy for one of our longer day trips. Great home base to daily excursions. Grocery store, gas station & restuarants just a few minutes away. Quick access to New & Old Seward Highways.

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. If you have a car, easy to drive 1 mile to Alyeska. If you want to walk, some of the best restaurants in the area next door and Chair 5 for late night two blocks over. The building is quiet most of the time, elevator is very convenient, parking is easy. We had friends stay for a bit to ski and check out Girdwood - 6 people is tight, but it works if you plan on spending most time outside/only for a short time, and even the pullout couch was praised for its comfort. Daniel was quick to respond, checked in to see how things were, and flexible given our weird flight times. He even proactively upgraded the coffee maker without me asking. Really couldn’t have been much better

Heather's condo was great. It provided our family the perfect basecamp for skiing and other Girdwood activities. She was friendly and proactive in making sure that all went smoothly. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. I would highly recommend staying at Heather's place.

Great place! Needed something last minute and made a great choice!

This town home is convenient to everything Anchorage has to offer. We loved having separate living spaces on different floors. The Basketball arcade game, which in the garage, kept us from being able to park in there. I highly recommend Harley's for Breakfast. They have sourdough pancakes and Reindeer sausage. (It's walking distance from the house)!

Stayed for 3 weeks for training and was a good stay. Perfect for a family of 3. The king bed was absolutely comfy! Only downside was the small bathroom but we made it work.

Ben's cabin looks just as nice in person as it does in the pictures and has a nice cozy cabin feel to it. The traditional Alaskan decorations are super cool and I knew right when I arrived that I was going to enjoy staying there. Check in was real easy. Ben was communicative and gave his number in case I needed anything during my stay. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood and was within a short drive of pretty much anywhere you want to go in Anchorage. When work takes me back to Alaska I'll most definitely be looking Ben up again. I definitely reccomend staying here if you're looking for a place in Anchorage - I promise you'll like it! Thanks for a great stay Ben!

My husband and I enjoyed Carrie's space. The view overlooking the majestic mountains is definitely a big draw. We loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise. For two people, the apartment was quite spacious and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Bilateral lamps with USB ports. A full size fridge to store the various leftovers we had from the great local restaurants nearby. Of note, the bathroom is right next to the bed so with two people you can easily hear the other person's business. So good to give a warning. Otherwise Carrie was very responsive throughout our stay. Glad we had our own parking spot. It made us appreciate the local life. Would certainly consider this place next time we are in Anchorage.
