Or literally just sitting on the porch unwinding and taking it all in. 4 private bedrooms have stunning views surrounded by trees or fields. And if the Chef is available..EAT!!!

We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building. Your cozy getaway awaits in Wayne at this superb lake-front cottage. With 2 bedrooms, including a king bed and a queen bed, as well as an additional sofa bed, this soothing retreat offers a phenomenal escape for guests. The cottage features all the essentials you need, such as heating, WiFi, an iron, AC, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. The 1.5 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and towels. On-site dock access to Androscoggin Lake as well as access to our nearby community beach.

Modern Victorian

This is a beautifully renovated, private, 2 bedroom, first floor of a duplex. The yard is fenced in and has a large deck. The unit is very light and bright and tastefully decorated. The rooms are very large and the kitchen is open to the living room. It is in a quaint little village with a little country store just steps away where you can find almost anything you need! Please note that one building in particular is not attractive. Once inside.the fenced in yard, it is not visible.
