It has an outdoor space to bbq and to sit around a fire in the front. Quiet time is 11 pm. I will consider pets. There are 4 cameras on the property. 2 in the front and 2 in the back. Great 2 bedroom basement, 1 bathroom suite, with kitchen. 1 bedroom has queen size bed, 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds and living room couch pulls out into queen size bed. Nice neighborhood, and close to a full fitness center, public transit, UFV, and other convenient amenities. Close to Vedder River for fishing or walking the trail. Owners live upstairs. We are not partiers but have kids and animals. could be a little loud with footsteps at times.
