Amenities include 1 Queen Size Bed, and trundle beds. Darkened Drapes in the Bedroom, Private Bath, A/C, Toaster Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Keurig Coffee Maker, Washer & Dryer, Living Room, WIFI, Roku TV, and Deck overlooking the river with a Fire Pit, Propane Grill (Propane included) and Picnic Table.

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with backyard bunkhouse. It comes with a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy shoreline beach; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands for complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with a relaxing chorus of the sounds of nature.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

Deer Shores Cottage on Big Pine Island Lake, 7 BR

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 5 with queen-sized beds, one with 2 twin beds (main floor), and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.

Cozy winter Retreat

This beautiful home on Big Pine Island Lake is the perfect winter getaway. We are a seven-minute drive from Canonsburg ski resort. Also, bring your ice skates if the ice is thick enough and enjoy skating around the lake. Grattan Raceway is one mile away. At the end of the day, enjoy the hot tub and a fire on the deck. Only 10 minutes from Rockford, and 30 miles from Downtown Grand Rapids. (Please note this house is not handicap accessible.)
