Welcome to The Cottage at Pine Lake! This quaint, fully renovated home is ready for your next getaway. Located in a quiet lakeside neighborhood in Cedar Springs, Michigan, you'll be close to all of the activities that West Michigan has to offer. House amenities include a spacious living space with plentiful updated fixtures and finishes, washer/dryer, wifi + cable, walk-in shower, hot tub, fire pit, grill, kayaks, and lake access to all-sports Pine Lake is just steps away from your front door.

Cottage, sleeps 4, remodeled

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. I have lovingly planned to make your stay a lovely and cozy experience. The newly remodeled cottage has gorgeous knotty-pine paneling and comfortable furniture. The cottage lies in a cute RV/mobile home park which has been owned by me, Nancy, for 40 years. While there is plenty of privacy, there is also the safety of sweet and friendly neighbors, where the quiet hours are strictly enforced. Be with me in my little slice of heaven.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

The "Enjoy Today" Hideaway is the perfect place to create memories with family and friends. So forget what happened yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow, and just enjoy today at our hideaway.

Little Blue Lake Front Cottage + Hot Tub

3-BR lakefront cottage on Little Blue Lake. Soak your cares away in our 5-person hot tub while taking in the serenity of the lake. Large sliding doors offer great views of the lake. Glide around the lake in one of the kayaks we provide, enjoy lakeside fires, swim or fish off of the dock, large yard for games and activities. Cook your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Carport keeps your vehicle protected. Just 30 minutes to Grand Rapids. ONLY DOGS ALLOWED- Max 2 dogs with pet fee.

Lakefront Bungalow, Boat & Bunkhouse in the Woods

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with separate bunkhouse. It comes with a 22' pontoon boat (no license needed if over 30), 2 kayaks, private dock w/attached bench, plus a swim platform w/ladder (from May through October, weather permitting). The property is spread over 2 large lots that offer expansive views of Lake Wabasis and a private, sandy beach. Plus a backyard completely surrounded by woods with a vernal pond that provides complete privacy and direct access to nature.

Settle in by the fire and stargaze or find your seat in the hot tub and relax after a day of adventure! The beauty is year round as leaves change and winter wonderland settles in!

The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

Deer Shores Cottage on Big Pine Island Lake, 7 BR

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 5 with queen-sized beds, one with 2 twin beds (main floor), and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.

This bright and airy lakefront home in Lowell, Michigan (close to Grand Rapids) is the perfect getaway for families, friend groups, or anyone seeking relaxation, fun on the water, and cozy evenings by the fire. The house features 3 comfortable, spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the wraparound deck (with grill and fire pit) overlooking "the cove" where boats anchor for swimming and socializing. You have the option to rent pontoon boat as well!
