The house is peaceful and relaxing, nestled amongst trees for privacy and exciting bird life. The house has an open plan living area which leads onto the balcony and so is great for entertaining. Have a barbecue with sundowners on the balcony and watch the sun set over the river.

The town has lots of restaurants, shops, medical and vet help The house has a comfortable deck, inside and outside dining spaces, and a large well equipped kitchen.

Eine Villa am Indischen Ozean, auf der Rückseite ein wunderschöner Golfplatz. Dort kann man nicht nur die Springböcke beobachten, sondern auch jede Menge Vögel hören, Schildkröten sehen. The spacious open plan living room and kitchen has a deck on the beachfront. The property is on the beach with 180 degree seaviews from all rooms. Bedroom 2 has a handbasin. A maximum of 5 poeple is allowed. There is an extra single bed in the livingroom. A lockup garage is available.
