Skiber Coth is a stunning contemporary home, built in 2023, sleeping two. Set amid wonderful countryside, the house is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Ideally located a few minutes from the main A30 with easy access to both coasts & just 15 minutes drive from both Newquay & Truro. The accommodation is really flexible with a large living area, kitchen, bedroom with king-size bed & shower room. It has dedicated parking & a garden. A travel cot & highchair are available.

The house consists of an entrance hall, bathroom and double bedroom on the ground floor and open plan living space on the first. Newquay has many fabulous cafes, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. A guest welcome pack is provided with all the best listed, so you can work your way through them during your stay. Our property is a light open plan kitchen/sitting area with one bedroom, shower and toilet upstairs. The bedroom has restricted height to one side as seen in the photos. Outside is a cobbled area, by the side of a quiet lane, with a bench to catch the morning sun. We are fortunate to have secure off road parking for a guest’s car in our gated drive. Mevagissey is a charming fishing village with its picturesque working harbour, narrow streets, restaurants, pubs and shops, 4 minutes easy walk away

Brand New Cosy Garden Retreat in Newquay Cornwall

The Garden Retreat is a lovely, recently created space providing guests with their own private garden and seating, a comfy bedroom, including sofa area and ensuite with a large shower. We are in a fantastic location close to great amenities and a 5-10 min walk from 3 stunning beaches. It is part of our home, has it's own entrance and is separate to the main house. We will share a garden path and you may well see us out and about but we will leave you relaxed and peaceful to enjoy your own space

Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
