Nestled into the hillside of the Sawtooth Mountains, it's only a three minute drive to the ski runs off of Warm Springs Road, and a fifteen minute drive to the famous Sun Valley resort. Enjoy beautiful views of a quiet, sweeping valley all year long. Be sure not to feed the bears! No, seriously...there's lots of wildlife around these parts. The Studio is located on the first floor of a three story townhouse. Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio, located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ketchum Town Square, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks in Ketchum. Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people.

Enjoy this entire 2 bedroom, 2 bath, lovely furnished condo located in the heart of downtown Ketchum. Walk to Ketchum restaurants, shopping, and events. The Sun Valley Resort less than 2 miles from the condo, and the River Run Ski Lodge and Gondola is less than one mile away. Paved bike trails and mountain biking minutes outside the door. Relax in the outdoor hot tub which overlooks Trail Creek stream after your day!

Beautiful Baldy View-Cottonwoods-Resort Access

Updated top floor condo is a few minutes walk from the historic Sun Valley Resort. Fantastic view of Baldy ski/bike mountain and surrounding mountain from the inside of the condo as well as the deck. 2 bath (hard to find) 1 bedroom with King bed and also a Murphy Queen bed in common area. Please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, there is not an elevator so please be comfortable climbing stairs :)

Newer complex, built in 2007. This unit is available for short term vacation rental as this is a family owned/managed unit
