Key Colony Beach : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

This is a small house with 2 bedrooms/one bath. Since there are only two of us we made do for the 3 weeks we stayed. The house is located on a quiet street a few blocks from the main highway. It is only a block from water (Ocean side), but little public access except at the end of streets. There is an airport close by so helicopter/plane noise could be heard several times a day. The house was clean & supplies were provided to get started. We did purchase our own supplies after the provided ones were gone. All dealings with management went well & were quickly answered. Beach chairs were provided upon request. There are two nice beaches nearby (one is in a state park), several great restaurants & a couple of interesting museums. Marathon is approximately half way between Key Largo and Key West. We drove to Key West 3 times. It is only 50 miles, but takes an hour and a half because the main road has only one lane and is heavily trafficked. Overall, our stay in the Keys was enjoyable.

This home was just what my family needed for our vacation! We all loved relaxing in the outdoor living room surrounded by greenery. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool and kayaking through the canals and Boot Key. We made most of our meals due to dietary restrictions, and the kitchen here was adequate. The location in Marathon is excellent! It was just a 5-minute walk to Sombrero Beach, so we never had to worry about parking. We could easily drive to all the activities we wanted to do in the area, too.

Great place! Exactly like the pictures. AMAZING heated pool! Very clean. Ruth was an excellent host! She had fresh flowers, toiletries and even snacks and breakfast items to get us started! Most Airbnb’s you have to provide your own TP, paper towels, trash bags and soap but not here! Ruth had the place very well stocked. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for a memorable Thanksgiving week Ruth!!

Great place to stay with my husband and son. We fished off the dock in the back. We had great neighbors. Access to the Cabana Club was great, we spent a few days there. Located near lots of restaurants. Will definitely be back!

We had an incredible Corp retreat renting multiple houses side by side with the most beautiful view of the water, sunsets, ocean life. Jessica and her team made the stay incredible. She was available on call with incredibly quick response time. She’s knows the area and made great recommendations. The units were perfectly stocked, the amenities are amazing. Pools, paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles and if desired on site fishing right off your dock. Overall an incredible stay. We look to return. 5 stars for sure!!

Great location! Can rent pontoon boats right by resort, ride bikes to Sombrero Beach with chairs, umbrella, cooler, and bikes provides for free. Walking distance to grocery store and Dockside restaurant. Although the food at poolside restaurant is wonderful too. We will be back!

The place was beautiful. The specific room we got (428) didn’t have the best bay view which is what we paid for, but the pool, the location, and the food (extra) was amazing. And the property is well maintained. They will need a credit card for a $1 hold and $25 refundable deposit for pool towels if you want them

We only stayed one night but don’t let the exterior shy you away. The inside matched the photos. Breakfast wasn’t extravagant but was all we needed. Eggs bacon toast waffle. Boom. It’s close to a beach. Pools towels are a nice touch. Bed was extremely comfy.
