We booked this home last minute and now have our go-to vacation spot in Marathon! Alida is a friendly host with great communication. The home is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The kayaks and paddle board made our vacation even more special! The steet is very quiet and peaceful. The setting in the back yard is very private, as is the long dock. We had a 23' rental boat for our stay. The view is amazing and the sunsets are a special treat each evening. I very much appreciated the ample, comfortable seating everywhere - inside and outside of the home. Thank you Alida. We made great family memories here!

We will be back! We loved it! Clean, comfortable with lots of room. We loved being able to keep our boat behind the house and the trailer in the driveway. We loved walking around Keys Colony. The Cabana Club and Sparkys Restaurant were both within walking distance. The kitchen had every gadget you could imagine. The dining table was perfect for dinners and card playing. The beds were comfy. No allergies whatsoever! Thank you so much!!

We loved our stay! The house was super clean and the back patio was beautiful. We loved the back canal area and saw lots of very cool wildlife and enjoyed fishing right there. Having the kayaks to use was also great. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. The house had everything we needed. We loved the key colony area. The cabana club was a great space and the house is in walking distance to Sunset Beach, which was beautiful. The whole area is super close to fun things to do and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was an awesome home for our family of 4 + dog. We felt right at home for the week! The pool was perfectly warm, and the kids had so much fun playing by the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to dock it easily. Honestly, we hardly used the other amenities in the home because the weather was so nice, but if it rained we probably would have loved the game room too! Overall this was a great home for our family. The neighborhood isn’t super walkable, but the grocery store was just down a little footpath, allowing us to walk to get groceries as needed. Loved this!

The house was really nice, clean and a real home away from home. It accommodated my family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was located on a canal where we were able to enjoy the manatees and pelicans. It was centrally located and only a short distance from the beaches, snorkeling, wind surfing and excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay again if we visit the keys

The location was great, the house was comfortable and clean. The dock and canal were wonderful. Loved having our boat so close and loved the manatee that came to visit us. Overall very nice home and would highly recommend. Loretta had good communication on check in and info. Thank you and we look forward to returning!

Very nice, well equipped and clean. I didn't realize when I booked that it was a duplex, but it was fine. Private, quiet, roomy, great access by boat or car and with ample parking (we parked a 23' boat trailer and two full size trucks. The marina is right at the end of the canal a minute or two from the house and has fuel, live bait and basic supplies. The boat ramp is a minute or two beyond the marina and while not a free, public ramp, it is very convenient (pay to launch at the marina). Very enjoyable visit.

Jorge was an excellent host! The home is beautiful, right on the canal. It is very well stocked with thoughtful amenities. We particularly appreciated the paddle board/kayaks, beach chairs/umbrella, and well-supplier kitchen. We would recommend his home to anyone visiting the keys!

The moment we arrived, Jose made us feel welcome and comfortable. He ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was ideal—quiet yet conveniently close to local shops and attractions. Jose was always available to answer any questions. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Matt’s place! As a host, Matt was quick to answer our questions and provide what we needed. The location is excellent, with the canal views from the back yard and a few minutes walk to the beach.

Wow, one of our best Airbnb stays so far. So much love is put into this place. Super clean and cute. The hot tub was perfect and the pool was steps away. Castaway Cove is relaxing and fun with lots to do and lots of ways to chill. We’ll definitely stay again.

Greg's place was amazing! I loved being outside, sitting by the water, and looking out at the beautiful view. It is very quiet and peaceful, you feel like you are the only people around. We loved looking for sealife from the dock, and watching the boats go by the canal. The living room was comfortable and clean, and made a cozy place to enjoy the evenings. It was especially nice to have both bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms, and suited our two couples perfectly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had ten guests who enjoyed our stay at our Marathon air bnb! We very much enjoyed the pool- we used it every day and loved being right on the canal for fishing and manatee spotting! The home was equipped with enough bathrooms so many can be in use at once, the beds were comfortable and it was very spacious. We also enjoyed the outdoor enclosed patio and the little tiki hut for another shaded option. We had an iguana who stayed right out front during our stay and he was very peaceful. Kitchen was equipped with all appliances needed to cook throughout the week including a grill! We had a great time and felt safe during our stay! Will definitely book with Jay in the future!!

My family and I stayed for a week and the house had everything we needed and more! The space was clean, comfortable and had lots of extras for the outside like pool floats, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks and more. The added touches inside like dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies, shampoo and conditioner was unexpected and a huge help. I was slightly surprised that this was an attached home, but there was still plenty of privacy and the location was extremely convenient. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and we would definitely recommend to others.

The house was well equipped with all of the essentials. We had 8 adults and plenty of room. We did have to wash towels a few times, and buy more laundry soap, but the washer and dryer were conveniently located on the main level. The pool was smaller than what the pictures showed, but it perfectly suited our needs. All members of our party viewed the listing before we booked it and none of us realized it was a twin home. However, there is tons of privacy and the only times we noticed we had neighbors was when the shared dock was used. We had to buy a cooler (for poolside and the beach) and beach chairs. There were some pool floaters left behind, from previous guests that we used. The interior of the home is beautiful, with high ceilings and comfortable furniture. This is in a great location - close to grocery stores, restaurants and Sombrero beach! Monica was great to work with!

We could not have asked for a better week in the Florida keys! The home was beautiful and relaxing. The guys enjoyed fishing from the canal and the rest of us enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen! The location was great and awesome for morning and afternoon bike rides. It’s close to local fishing charters and snorkeling adventures. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the beach access just up the street. This home was also located within a short driving distance from food market which made dining in easy however we did enjoy the local ice cream shop and restaurants check-in and checkout was smooth process and John communicated with us in a timely manner. The only downfall was a week was not long enough! Thanks John for allowing us to enjoy your property!

We had the perfect vacation! Love the location and the amenities of Key Colony Beach. The place was great for relaxing. I only wish we brought our dog..

Absolutely beautiful place and a great location! There’s plenty to do within walking distance and if you want to venture out more there tons to do within 10 minutes. Some hiccups with communications because it’s obviously initially automated but everything was straightened out quickly. Even bought new washer and dryer and had them installed so we could do laundry! We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful week at Michael’s home. The location is fantastic between Sombrero Beach, Publix and all the restaurants Marathon has to offer. Loved being right on the canal. The home was clean and we greatly appreciated all baby amenities (pack and play, baby gates, high chair), the kayaks, pool toys, etc. Would happily stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Keys 2 Joy. It's located right in Key Colony Beach with access to anything you need within a quick drive. The house was very clean, decorated nicely, owners communicated clear directions and entrance instructions, and everything we needed was provided. They even had some toys stowed away and my 2 small kids loved it. The layout of the house is different than expected with 2 entrances that come into bedrooms, but it wasn't an issue since we put the kids in the middle room. Kitchen had anything we needed, fridge had an ice maker, there's room for a boat, and even a few poles to fish off the dock. We had our dog with us also and they neighborhood is super walkable and friendly. Would stay here again for sure, thanks!

Just want to write an updated review since most of these are older. The previous reviews about the house AC being hot in the downstairs bedrooms has been fixed. The house has two brand new AC units. House was immaculate and in the perfect location with all the amenities you’d need. Only issue we ran into is the Wi-Fi does not work. They are actively working on it but the Sonos speakers did not work outside and the TVs were in and out. All in all this house had everything we needed and more

What a great place! Golf cart ride or walk to the beach, pool, restaurants.... Everything is well kept and clean in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our stay here was perfect.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Gail was very communicative and the house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. We saw some manatees from the dock, iguanas, and of course fish. Friendly quiet neighborhood, grocery store close by.

Excellent location in town. Nice clean home on a beautiful canal. Good for fishing. Recommend more toilet paper and front door is very hard to lock.
