This is our private home in Fog City which we sparingly use. We wish to share this place exclusively with guests who are clean, hygienic and will use the premises without messing it up. New AC, Frige, TV, Toaster, Aqua Guard, etc are installed. The complex has a swimming pool but presently it is NOT operational. The lift in the building is presently not available, therefore not suitable for handicapped people. All Rules laid down by AIRBNB are applicable.
