These Water-view rooms are perfect for families, boasting two queen beds and 350 sq feet of space. Located on the second or third floors, these rooms are only accessible by stairs, and are steps away from enjoying the second-floor deck. IGH #2-Queen: Dog Friendly Near Downtown Manteo

For generations vacationers have sought the unique tranquility of Roanoke Island as their overnight resting place while enjoying the Outer Banks playground by day. This room is located at the Island Guest House in historic Manteo. Two (2) night minimum stay on weekends. THIS ROOM IS PET FRIENDLY. Pet fee is $40 per pet for the first night, and $25 per pet per night for consecutive nights, charged at check-in.

Two (2) night minimum stay on weekends from May to September and a three (3) night minimum stay on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day).
