There is an additional cloakroom downstairs.Off road parking to side of property and seating area to the front looking over the tranquil valley.

Harriet's hideaway is a shepherds hut with a wood-fired hot tub, located perfectly between Exmoor and Dartmoor. With sweeping views, the hideaway is accessed off our private lane and set in its own private plot with parking and a garden. A perfect retreat for couples or for a couple friends to 'escape the rat race' and take a break. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the wood-fired outdoor hot tub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in the heart of North Devon surrounded by nature. This bespoke Shepherds hut is nestled in a 3 acre field with its own river meandering through. Built with only comfort in mind so you can relax by the warmth of the log fire, read a book or watch TV on the king size bed. This is the place to be still and take in the sunset views, starry night skies and the sound of the river whilst relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with your favourite person.

A thatched Semi detached part of a Devon Longhouse around 400 years old. This little quaint cottage/annex has lots of period features. The cottage is situated in a quiet area with around 45 minute drive to the sea and some beautiful North Devon beaches. A quiet simple countryside retreat. NB: No takeaways available

The Hide - cosy rural cottage

The Hide is a tranquil getaway, tucked into the corner of Lemons Farm, our 15th Century thatched farmhouse. Originally a piggery, the cob and stone building has been converted into a little cottage with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine sleeping area. Fall asleep under the stars and wake to the sound of birdsong. Lemons Farm is located in Atherington, a lovely village with a church, tennis court and park. Some great pubs are nearby as are the gorgeous North Devon beaches.

Swallow View, Umberleigh, North Devon

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Fully fitted kitchen and living room, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Underfloor heating coupled with a log burning fireplace for chilly days. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.

Treetops is a warm and cosy space, providing calm and peace for guests to escape the cares of everyday life. Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. Decorated using muted earth colours, the cabin has all modern coveniences including central heating, shower room and kitchen area with fridge and full-size gas cooker. Valle Vue is a quite rural warm cosy place, on the end of the bungalow with is own private entrance, private off road parking right outside, A King sized bed with adjoining en-suite, & a separate WC. Complementary tea, coffee, cereal, milk & fruit juice. The Nook is situated in the pretty village of Bishops Nympton, with its village shop, village hall and beautiful medieval church. The market town of South Molton is just over 2 miles away. Very conveniently situated to both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, along with the beautiful North Devon coastline and their stunning beaches. We welcome a small well-behaved dog with a charge of £10 per stay. You must contact us prior to booking if you have 2 pets.
