The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach of Penrhyn Bay in a residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme and the North Wales Coastal Walk path. A great base for exploring North Wales, or chilling locally.

We are located just 5 minutes away from the A55 making us a perfect hub from which to explore the delights of both Anglesey and Snowdonia. Also located on the famous coastal path of Anglesey. Private Garden Annexe beautifully furnished

The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

Beachcomber Seafront Multiple Pet Friendly Cottage is located in a quiet and private spot on a tiny road with a view of sand dunes and the sea less than a 2 minute walk away. With the sound of the waves in the garden, the location provides for a tranquil and rejuvenating trip! Hot Tubs are also available on request at an extra charge of £125 should you wish to enhance your stay. The cottage has 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room allowing us to sleep 6.

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
