Experience an unique and unforgettable Japanese traditional home at the city centre of Kawagoe where it is well known for its old clay warehouses and merchant homes, called Kurazukuri.【Kuranoyado Masuya】is the only place you can stay in a traditional clay warehouses that was built about 130 years ago and designated as Landscape Importance Building. Located at the walking distance from the most famous sightseeing spots such as Kuradukuri zone(old storehouse zone), Toki-no-kane, Hikawa Shrine etc.

Tochigi city is two stops away, Nikko, Ashikaga, Mashiko pottery, and Sano Outlet are within an hour away. You can get to Ibaraki by taking Mito Line.

古民家再生協会が実施する再築大賞で最終選考まで残った築130年の古民家です。内装は全てリノベーションしており、光回線のWi-Fi完備、サウナ(1～2名用)もあります。車は4台駐車可能です。家族旅行やリモートワークはもちろん、長期滞在の拠点にもおすすめです。 一般道で日光まで約90分、足利フラワーパークまで約60分、遊園地のとちのきファミリーランドまで約30分で行けますので、観光の拠点としても最適です。 近隣のゴルフ場まで10分程度、イオン等の大型スーパー、コンビニまで10〜15分程度です。 最大で4名様まで宿泊可能ですが、基本料金は2名様までです。追加人数に応じて1名様あたり5,000円の追加料金をいただいております。 BBQを行う場合は必ず予約時にお申し出ください。木炭はお客様においてご用意ください。 近隣住民への配慮から、以下の行為は厳禁です。 ・日が落ちてからのBBQ ・家の表側でのBBQ ・花火 ・屋内外にかかわらず大音量で音楽等を流す ・日が落ちてから外で騒ぐ ・飲酒して大声で騒ぐ ・22時以降、室内での大声での会話 これらを遵守いただける方のみご予約下さい。

Structurally strong and beautiful, this traditional Japanese house has been carefully passed down over the years as a local asset. Enjoy a moment of quiet time, immersed in nature, and deeply immersed in Japanese aesthetics and the richness of life. *This year's cherry blossoms are expected to be in full bloom between April 7th and April 12th.

Only 8 minutes drive from the breathtaking Nikko Toshogu Shrine. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of a nearby river, the birds, and greenery, our home offers a peaceful retreat. Enjoy the privacy of few neighbors. Inside, find comfortable accommodations with a queen bed in the loft, two single beds in the other bedroom, and a convenient sofa bed in the living room. Cube in the Forest

The Cube in the forest is a uniquely cozy space that gives a floating sensation amidst abundant natural light and lush greenery. It was built in 1993 by a coelacanth, resembling a thrilling spaceship-like structure, and we inherited it from the previous owner. We have opened it as a vacation rental with the desire for our friends to enjoy the relaxed and cool ambiance, which is both impressive and effortlessly stylish.

街中にありながら、緑と、土と、鳥のさえずりと。歴史を感じる風情があります。建物は屋久杉や、秋田杉などを、使っております。家屋の中に蔵という、内蔵は、この辺りでもとても、珍しいもので、一見の価値があります。石造りのその蔵の中にいると、なんともいえない気分になること間違いなし！ 生活用品は 冷蔵庫、レンジ、ガス台、ドラム式洗濯乾燥機などなど。何日泊まっても、大丈夫。 サウナもあります。サウナのあとは少し激しすぎるシャワーに打たれ、整えて下さい。足利の観光地といわれるところまで、1キロ以内。歩いて散策するのもよし。電動自転車もありますので、サイクリングで行くのも良し！ この家にいることが幸せと思ってもらえるように、くつろげる空間をつくって、お待ちしています。
