Two bedroom house is situated on the edge of a very small village with beautiful open views across country side .There is a play park for children . This is an excellent base for outdoor enthusiasts , close to mountain bike tracks and hill walks, it is on part of National cycle route 7 . The beaches are 25 minute drive away and only 10 minute drive to main town of Dumfries. The property is situated on bus route . There is storage for bikes . The house is next door to the owners property.

At '235' you will have your own private space to enjoy day or night. The comfortable sofa bed can be made up ready for your arrival or left as a sofa for you to relax. Staying in the centre of town, close to takeaways, a brewery, galleries, shops, park and Carlingwalk Loch. Four bedrooms, three bathroom cottage sleeps 8 cottage has been restored to the high standard and the modern extension to the rear with floor to ceiling glass on three sides is where the kitchen,dinning and family room is , this takes in the amazing views of Knockendoch and Criffel. Brigston Cottage is one of the oldest in the hamlet. It is centrally located in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway Ideal for exploring the whole area.This is a non pet property.

Charming chalet in peaceful rural location.

Our chalet is in our large, well managed garden. While it is near our house and we are happy to chat, we always respect peoples privacy. This is a very peaceful place where you can sit outside and watch the flames of the fire pit at night or stay in and have a cosy evening. Our neighbours are all of the four legged variety so some countryside noises are to be expected but the cows love to come and greet you at the wall. Parking space in garden

Just off the A711 Dumfries to Dalbeattie Road, located 1 mile from the village of Beeswing and 5d miles from Dumfries town centre and 6 miles to Dalbeattie on the Solway Coastal Tourist Driving Route. A beautiful back garden with a 6 seated hot tub with the added extra of an ice cooler and tray.

A secluded cottage set between the small village of Clarencefield and the surrounding woods. A wonderfully peaceful and welcoming get away to recharge and embrace the surrounding nature. The area acts a gateway to Dumfries and Galloway, the UK's last undiscovered region. The cottage dates back to the 1700s and has undergone an extensive modernisation to make it a cozy retreat for up to 4 people at anytime of the year.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Situated on a family farm surrounded by wildlife such as protected ospreys and red kites. Two miles outside Castle Douglas food town, embedded amongst lovely local walks and attractions. We are also only 6 miles from the gorgeous town of Kirkcudbright with a range of lovely shops and eateries at the harbour front. This is the perfect peaceful and cosy getaway!
