Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.

Tucked Inn is a totally remodeled house in a quiet country setting. The pond offers swimming, a dock, pedal boat and fishing. The sunroom has a sauna for 2. The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

My place is close to Montrose, a quaint historical town nestled in the Endless Mountains of Northeast Pa. Private Lake house on Lake ChrisAnn. Only a short drive (approximately 30 minutes) to Binghamton, NY and Scranton, Pa. Nearby activities include hiking at Salt Springs State Park, golf, and shopping. Also, enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing right here on the Lake! My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
