Eli and Jasmine are exactly what an Airbnb host should be ! They were sooo responsive to my needs and concerns. I got stuck at the house during a snow storm they made sure the heater was working properly and came to clean the driveway. The house is beautiful with much detail put into place and fully stock of anything you might need. The house is beautiful felt cozy and everything was at my reach. My stay was amazing thanks to Eli and Jazmie !!

Amazing and very cozy house, we loved it .

When pilling in, we were a little nervous about the appearance of the surrounding buildings (abandoned warehouse & broken down truck on one side, run down looking house w/ RV parked out front towards the back), but my oh my was this house a heavenly oasis!!! The yard is completely fenced in with a tolling gate to privatize and secure the compound. The house is phenomenal — extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. It is also impeccably clean. The photos don’t even do the property justice. The upstairs is two big rooms and a gorgeous bathroom w/ a great bathtub. Downstairs are a beautiful kitchen with everything you need, two bedrooms, another beautiful bathroom with a large shower, and a large living room and an even larger dining room — not to forget an office area. This was the nicest house we rented along our trip in terms of the finishes, decoration, and space. Great stop on the way into CO. A++++

Easy check in and very responsive host.

We were headed to Greeley from Texas and made a last minute reservation. Trisha immediately responded. It was important to have a yard for the dog and this did. Very small town and peaceful. The space is simple and could use some improvement but the price made up for that. It was very affordable and worked just fine for us.

The house was very cute! It was a little tight to fit up to 10 people, but it does. The living room and kitchen are a little cozy, but there is everything you need inside. The bathroom is filled with towels, makeup remover, little bar soaps and the kitchen has glasses and plates and more. The bedrooms had soft blankets and lots of them! I booked it as a place for myself and bridal party to stay before the wedding and everyone had a great time!

Comfortable home, had all the amenities my husband and I, and our dogs needed. Friendly neighbors and we enjoyed the food options at the grill and local truck stand. We will be back. Thank you!
