The Coho Cabin on the river

The cabin is very comfortable and peaceful. The river is right out front and the beach is a short walk away. The host was responsive with requests and we felt right at home. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! Oh and she said yes! I'm a lucky man!

Spectacular cabin with the right amenities to be comfortable among the beautiful surroundings. Thoughtfully arranged, with good internet and easy-to-use facilities. The kitchen is surprisingly well stocked and capable. Getting to the cabin via side-by-side adds an element of adventure. Eager to visit again when I'm passing through next time!

This was my third time staying in the hummingbird cabin, it really is a place for every season. Whether you want to cuddle up by the fire or go for a walk around their beautiful property to take in some of the best views the North has to offer. This place will not disappoint. Book an extra day, soak up the quiet and tranquillity; Year round, it’s worth the drive. Once again, thank you for being the best hosts for the perfect “staycation” - looking forward to visiting again.

We loved our stay! It was very cozy and quiet - perfect for our needs. It was lovely to be able to walk to the beach. The cottage was well equipped and we enjoyed the warm fire after full days out in nature. We would definitely book again!

Brians place is very nicely located to enjoy all that Bella Coola has to offer. Just a heads up as there is no cell service from the cabin, but there is wifi. Thanks for letting us enjoy your neck of the woods.

Absolutely gorgeous property !! Amazing views from the cabins and amazing views of the northern lights on our last night from the hot tub was a special treat! Andrea had everything set up perfectly upon our arrival and even put blankets outside to watch the sunset. Thanks so much

Beautiful and secluded location, cabin is furnished very nice. Place gives you a very peaceful and serene vibe, with decor and the lake right off the deck. Hot tub was also great being so close to the lake and nature all around. Truly a 💎

Warm and cozy pet friendly refuge from a wind and rain storm. Exactly what we needed for a couple nights. Short walk to the beach, has cell coverage if you need to check in on the world. Lots of firewood to keep the stove going. A great basecamp

…..the perfect, quiet getaway on a private lake. Surrounded by large trees, the cabin and grounds are the perfect place to relax. Complete with kayaks and paddle boards to fish or float the lake. Star gazing evenings with Loon calls in the distance, it just doesn’t get any better. Nina and Wayne are fantastic hosts!

In a word, perfect! Such a beautiful spot in such a magical place. Everything one could need, cosey and warm, lovely decorative bits and bobs. Highly recommend and would certainly go again and will recommend to anyone heading to Hadia Gwaii.
