Best place we’ve stayed in at this price point, ever! Spectacular views out every window make the place feel bigger than It is. Sparkling clean, comfortable, with nice welcoming touches like board games in the closet for a rainy day. Our family of four adored it. And THOSE VIEWS!

What a darling little place. It was quiet, cozy, clean and comfortable. It also had an incredible view of the river. Lindsay was wonderful, too! We were in town for an event and she was super accommodating and flexible with check in and out which was really helpful with our working hours. We were so grateful and loved everything about our stay! Thank you again, Lindsay. 🥰 Hope to see you again next year!

We wish to express our deepest gratitude for our respite at the yurt. Ann is an angel. The space has such a great feel. Comfortable. Had everything we needed to make our own meals. Shower was amazing! Gorgeous barn features. Enjoyed every moment de-stressing in the yurt, on the porch, the hammock, and observing the beautiful landscape and surroundings. Easy access to local nature spots and water activities. There was a huge storm that passed through during our stay. The yurt held up great. Quite nice to have some rain to cool things off and make everything shiny from a dirty dry summer. One thing, bring earplugs. At night the sound from highways and trains travels through the canyons and is amplified. Kept us awake the first night. Not a problem with earplugs. We look forward to coming back again some time. 🙏☺️

Perfect little getaway place! Easy to walk to town, you own parking spot, private entrance , very cozy. Would definitely stay again!

First time in Trout Lake and found the location perfect in that it was very private and quiet (undisturbed sleep + real darkness = well-rested guest) but only minutes from town. Shirley was very flexible with our shifting schedule. Will definitely recommend and return. Thanks!

Jenell was a wonderful host. Certainly know her stuff. There were a lot of amenities that made staying at this location convenient and nice. Some things to note: this location is loft style (so if stairs are a challenge, this should be taken in consideration). Also if you’re used to soft beds, these are more firm mattresses. The host has so many things available and in easy reach and really great small touches that make it easier. (Such as having usb power charging hookups attached to lamp so you don’t have to hunt for outlets.) I hope that if we’re in the area, we can stay here again

What an incredibly cozy and beautiful stay! Inside was clean and adorable. So many thoughtful touches that made it feel like a little home away from home. Outside was gorgeous and the view into the woods out of the window was just, wow! 🤩 I was here for work and I am hoping I get to travel back soon so I can stay here again!

Wow — Carole’s beautiful property was the perfect highlight of our trip to the Gorge! She’s an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host, offering great recommendations. The space is huge — technically a studio, but it feels like a full one-bedroom with a large TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a clean, well-stocked bathroom. The private outdoor space was a dream — we wrapped up in blankets and relaxed in comfy chairs while listening to birds in the peaceful wooded setting. Animal lovers will be thrilled: we enjoyed visits with friendly horses, curious chickens, and Bo, the sweetest farm dog. This serene, rural escape is a gem. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tao's property. The property is clean and well maintained. The view from the property is magnificent. You can see Mt Hood and Hood River Town from the minute you wake up to sunset. A truly special experience!

This is a beautiful space and I hope to have the opportunity to return. The quality of the design and surroundings is much higher than expected. The area is very quiet. You can rent this unit with confidence that you'll have a great trip.

Loved everything about this Airbnb! Denise and David were exceptional hosts, and they considered every little detail to make our stay perfect. Especially loved their guidebooks, local recs, and willingness to help out with any questions we had. The place is even better than the pictures — it has everything you could possibly need. The outdoor area is a bonus — we loved using the grill. And the indoor (and outdoor) fireplaces! In a great location easily accessible to downtown and the waterfront. There is SO much to do in Hood… you could never possibly be bored!

Loved having this place as a landing pad while we recreated throughout the weekend. We really enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable beds, simplicity, and GREAT location to all the downtown amenities. Would love to stay here again.

This place is a gem. The location was great. It was secluded and quiet while being readily accessible to Post Canyon, Downtown, and many of the local wineries. The home was is a modern farmhouse/cabin and reminded us a lot of homes we saw in Park City. Gabrielle, was friendly considerate and offered a few great recommendations for us to explore in the area.
