War ein super schönes Haus für unsere Klausur!

Wir waren in mehr als 25 Airbnb Unterkünften in ganz Europa, aber diese war definitiv das Highlight! Toll gelegen im Schilfgürtel des Neusiedler Sees, direkt am Wasser. Individuell, stilvoll, praktisch und komplett eingerichtet. Tolle Terrasse mit ganztägiger direkter Sonne. Kanu, StandUp und Fahrräder zur freien Benutzung verfügbar. Der Kontakt zu Bene und Nadja war herzlich und unkompliziert. Der ursprüngliche Airbnb Gedanke ist perfekt umgesetzt: eine private, nicht primär kommerzielle Unterkunft. Für wen? Perfekt für Familien oder 2 Paare. Die Lage ruhig, aber alles gut erreichbar. Perfekt für Ausflüge, chillen im und am Haus, zu allen Jahreszeiten! 100% Empfehlung! 1

Martin's place ideal for someone who want to take excursions in the forsets nearby Wien. The hause is big and clean, with nice garden. Good public transport.

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

We stayed at Peter and Mariyas for the Taylor swift concert that was sadly cancelled but they made our trip to Vienna so nice!!! Gave us many recommendations and brought us bottles of Prosecco to make up for the cancelled concert! Even brought a AC unit over when it was warmer. They really went above and beyond for us!! We are so appreciative!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti. L’appartamento ha di gran lunga superato le aspettative, locali molto belli e forniti di tutto il necessario. Il posto auto era sempre disponibile. In tutti i locali la pulizia era impeccabile. Inoltre, Angela è stata molto disponibile e cordiale! Lo consiglio vivamente!!

A really lovely airbnb! It's in a great location with easy access to the metro to get into the city centre, with local shops, takeaways and restaurants nearby. The airbnb has everything you need, and the bed is very comfy! The host is lovely, she responds quickly to messages and left a few bits and pieces in the fridge to enjoy. I was very happy to have found this airbnb and at such a great price, I would highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit mit Kleinkind. Wie auf einem kleinen Bauernhof, nur ohne Bauernhof! Eva ist sehr nett und wenn man Glück hat, hört man Sie oder ihren Sohn an einem der vielen Flügel spielen :)

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende bei Christa und Christian verbracht! Die Umgebung ist traumhaft - zum Wandern oder einfach um im Garten mit herrlichem Ausblick in der Sonnen zu baden. Die Sauna ist ein echtes Highlight! Von Wien aus ist es sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar und in 30 Gehminuten kann man einem Bio-Hofladen alles kaufen, was man so braucht, frisch und regional. Christa hatte sehr gute Wandertipps für uns und so konnten wir zwei Tage frische Luft und Sonne tanken. Vielen Dank!

Fabulous accomodation !! Lukas and Karin are super super hosts. We have had the most memorable stay especially being my 60th birthday 🎂 🍾 Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a 10 min drive to the train station getting you into the heart of Vienna in about 15-20 mins. Supermarket 5 mins up the road and parking in the street front. Spotlessly clean with all amenities, the most awesome fluffy bath sheets !! Great recommendations and always quick to respond. Ian loved his golf game aswell, thanks Lukas. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Top location, top aparment. It is a lovely place at a very good location, about 15 minutes to the center and 15 minutes to the Viennese wood - with the tramline 43 with intervals of only a few minutes. Excellent infrastructure, supermarkets, nice little coffeeshops, aso. It's a beautiful apartment and good quiet place to take a break from the many things you can do and enjoy in this beautiful city.

Stella’s apartment is a serene oasis, offering a beautiful and peaceful garden setting despite its central location. Its proximity to the bustling Naschmarkt means we were just a short stroll away from a variety of culinary delights and local shops. The space is extremely and thoughtfully designed, combining modern comforts with cozy and artistic touches, making it an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the city but also a cozy option to stay in enjoying the fireplace. Stella was a gracious host, providing clear communication and helpful recommendations. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a tranquil yet convenient base in Vienna.

Martin war ein fantastischer Gastgeber! Die „Press“ -Weinlokal daneben- ist ein echt wienerisches Beisl. Ein idealer Ort, einen anstrengenden Tag ausklingen zu lassen und ohne Schickimickischnickschnack. Wer die leider selten gewordene Atmosphäre von Alt-Simmering sucht, ist bei Martin genau richtig. Inmitten der teilweise etwas rauh scheinenden Umgebung ist Martins Altbau-Gästewohnung faszinierend, schön gepflegt und mit einem tollen Garten ausgestattet und etwas ganz Besonderes für Besucher, die das echte authentische Wien kennenlernen wollen. Außerdem ist die Verkehrsanbindung optimal. Wir wollen gerne wiederkommen!

Overall experience was very good. Daniel was very welcoming and very informative regarding the city tour. The apartment was very cozy and clean. Nearest transportation to the city center is approx 15 mins walk. Since the apartment is on the first floor heavy baggage can be kept in the main reception area which is under lock and key and small baggage can be taken upstairs. Overall it was a great experience.
