Cozy Country Cottage

Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom house located about 45 miles to the beach, rather Outer Banks or Virginia Beach. We have a private pond located on one end of the property and the creek comes up to the other end. Great for launching your canoe or kayak there. Northwest River Marsh Game lands are located nearby. There will be free use of the boat ramp about half of mile away for your bigger water toys, hunting game lands and fishing. Also less than 15 minutes to Morris Farm Market.

This space was originally built as a detached office space/garage. We completely renovated the space into a studio apartment. The property is behind the home I live in- completely detached from the main house. There is a full flight of outdoor stairs that lead to the apartment.
