The Loft is located on the 2nd fl. of a newly constructed, timber frame barn. This is an open concept studio space with a king sized bed, indoor climbing wall, cozy reading nook, indoor swing, and expansive views of the pond. There is no indoor plumbing - a private portable toilet is around the corner of the barn.

Hosmer Pond Hideaway

Truly relax with beautiful views and the cozy necessities of a home away from home. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on your own private dock right on Hosmer Pond, canoe or paddle board out to the island at the center, keep an eye out for turtles and loons swimming nearby and end the evening roasting marshmallows over a fire. The house is just a few minutes drive to downtown Camden. The Camden Snow Bowl is walking distance where you can access some hiking and mountain biking trails.

Nightingale House was built new in 2009. Furnishings have an eye for modern styling and lake living. Amenities include a gourmet kitchen with new pots, dishes, and appliances, large windows throughout, a firepit by the lake, & a boat launch. 3 bedrooms, and a basement dedicated to a kids sleeping & playroom. The upstairs has two master bedrooms, each with private adjacent bathrooms and walk-in closets. One has a bathtub, one has multijet sprayers in the oversize shower.
