This is a fabulous property easy to reach from town area. Roads are alright leading to the property. The expansive area allows you to walk around, check-out a tiny waterfall, gaze at the hills or sky uninterrupted. The food is simple and homely which makes you eat more and feel less heavy. The cats and dogs are a theatre in themselves. Definitely book.

Ideal place for families and friends. Very fine ambience and every facility was given on just a telephone call. Caretaker has an appreciable character and the food served was very tasty and worth to money

The evenings around the bonfire, enjoying good food and great company, created unforgettable memories. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Kodaikanal.

I stayed here with my family and we had an absolutely peaceful, private, and relaxing getaway. The home is perfectly nestled in a scenic spot with a breathtaking viewpoint right in front of the house — waking up to that view every morning was such a treat. The cooler temperature due to the location was something we genuinely enjoyed — it added to the cozy and refreshing vibe of the place. The house itself had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and we felt right at home. A special shoutout to the caretaker, who was incredibly kind and cooked the most delicious meals during our stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a serene escape surrounded by nature!

We have been to Kodai a couple of times but never enjoyed a very calm vacation as most of the time we came in short notice. This time we planned an elaborate trip and booked with Navin. Navin updated the important details of the property, we were glad that we got upfront communication. The team was very professional and gave us regular follow up ensuring that we reached the property safely. We loved the whole property and our cottage was facing the beautiful garden. It was very well maintained and we got all the best amenities at our cottage. The big tv and the comfortable bed was all I needed to relax for a day, the first day we did not step out and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent and appreciate the staff was being very humble and professional. When we look back at the Kodaikanal trip, fairway inn has contributed a major portion in capturing the best moments of our trip. We are very happy with the stay

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at Vivek’s gorgeous house, away from the kodai city and tucked nicely into a peaceful and beautiful valley. The property is also very well maintained and has a beautiful garden where you could just sit for hours. We felt right at home and had everything we needed at the house. The food was excellent, especially the barbeque. I’ll definitely visit again, hopefully for longer than a weekend. Recommending this highly to anyone considering their next kodai vacation!

I had the most incredible stay.From the moment I arrived, Pavithra and family welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine care that made me feel right at home.The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that showed attention to detail.Must try their breakfast ,so delicious.The location was also ideal peaceful yet well-connected to nearby attractions. The cottage is absolutely gorgeous! The space is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything you'd need in your stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The staff was very helpful and helped us check in and also arranged breakfast and dinner. Last but not the least, the host was the nicest - always checking in via text to make sure we're comfortable, helping us arrange transport for sightseeing and giving us all the required info well ahead of time. Would love to visit again and also recommend Zhagaram Cottage to everyone visiting Kodaikanal.
