The Raven’s Roost: A Cozy Space for 1-8 Guests

The Raven’s Roost will be your command center in Kodiak. This downstairs unit of a duplex is located in the center of town, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The open concept living area has a large smart TV, a fireplace, and a pull out sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and dining area. There are two bedrooms, one with one queen size bed and a larger bedroom with two queens, and a full bathroom has a bathtub, washer, and dryer. And the kids will love the buoy swing and treefort in the backyard!

Beaver Lake is a fully furnished house close to Walmart and Safeway with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with a king size in one bedroom, 2 twins in another, and full size bunk beds in the other 2 bedrooms. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It has a small yard on a quiet street with a huge deck and lots of parking. The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

If you're searching for a breathtaking views over looking the beautiful harbor in Kodiak then this is the place for you! Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.

Every booking of 5 or more nights comes with a custom processed Wild Kodiak Seafoods frozen red salmon fillet or cod fillet stocked in the freezer.

This small 2-bedroom home has 3 luxury beds (1 Queen & 2 Twins) a full kitchen, bathroom, w/d, entryway, a chest freezer for extra fish & game, and a big back yard. A small family or 3-4 people are comfortable here. ‘Foggy Island’, named for the beautiful fog that drifts in & out, sheltering us. Blissful mist ... a peaceful haven ... this is island life.
