The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

A spacious, sunny ocean view home, facing the channel. Located in a quiet neighborhood (with the ocean on one side and trees and city park on the other) our property overlooks the entrance to channel and nearby islands. Watch the fishing vessels traveling by from several large, south-facing windows. This cozy home is located just minutes from downtown Kodiak where you can explore several museums, restaurants, and walk the boardwalk around the harbor

Situated right on the ocean, this newly renovated duplex offers some of the most spectacular views anywhere on the island. You will be staying on the second floor of the house complete with three bedrooms, a spacious living room, fully stocked kitchen, a backyard, and private beach access. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and an easy 15 minute walk through a scenic waterfront park leads you to downtown Kodiak.

The Whale - Remote Whale Island Cabin on the water

Our place is completely and totally isolated. The cabins are perfect for hunting, fishing, beachcombing, and kayaking. We recommend our place for couples, solo adventurers, or small group retreats. Eventually, it would make an amazing wedding venue. The cabins are not on the Kodiak mainland, but rather on a nearby island. You will have to contact me to find out information about getting from Kodiak to Whale Island.
