Shops & restaurants are at 3–5 mins walk Thoughtfully designed by my wife and me, the space brings together warm lighting, earthy interiors, wooden textures, green accents, and cozy decor to create the perfect blend of comfort, calm, and the charm of Goan surroundings.

The great thing about my place is its location. A two minute scooter ride gets you to either of the two main beaches in the area : Palolem and Patnem. The apartment is surrounded by palm trees, well ventilated and full of natural light. Being on the 3rd floor it has three balconies that look out onto the tree tops directly in front. It is spacious and furnished for comfort. Nice eateries and grocery shops are close by as well.
