The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. Smart tv with all streaming services downloaded. Also possible to use the sofa as a bed by removing the cushions and a extra pillow and duvet are on site. Cozy and safe neighbourhood with a bakery and restaurant in walking distance and a grocery store only 4 minutes away by car along with a few restaurants.

The apartment is located in a unique early last century wooden house which was once called the palace of Hverfisgata. A big outdoor swimming pool is in 5 min. walking distance also a bakery and a grocery. Sky Lagoon is in a walking distance (10 min.) from the house. Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.

This apartment has a private entrance is 60 m2 , it has a 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
