Located in a quiet part of town, with cafés, pizzerias, a supermarket, ATM, laundromat and rent-a-bike nearby. The city center, bus station and river are 15–20 minutes walking. The apartment is equipped for short stays. Pets are welcome. Great balance of price, location and comfort.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.

Plitvice Nest is a modern Lika house intertwined with traditional elements. The roof and facade are covered with wooden shingles from local sources, just like in the old days. Meanwhile, the interior decor is modern, comprising of three apartments with fully equipped kitchens and terraces offering mountain views.
