Sunny Sea View Bungalow - your private paradise

Overlooking the wonderful coastline and the beautiful village of Primosten, this four-star classified bungalow ist situated high up on the hills of Primosten in a calm corner. It features a sun-filled living room and two separate bedrooms. These three rooms have a separate air conditioning system. One small bathroom with shower. Living space is about 70m². All windows offer an built-in mosquito net to protect you. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. A perfect place for families with kids. We also welcome especially dog owners. The house and the grounds are completely  enclosed, so the house has privacy. However, please note that dogs are not permitted in the pool. Furthermore, we do not accept groups of young men only due to negative experiences in the past. The bungalow isn't a party location. Fully and modern equipped kitchen with all amenities and utensils you may need. A washing machine is at your disposal as well. Enjoy the private sea-view terrace with spectacular views of the Croatian Ocean. The large courtyard is a perfect childrens playground. Our newly built (2022) swimming pool invites you to swim, wade, float on tubes. Or just cool off on hot days and lie smooth and serene. Length 6m, width 3,5m, depth 1,5m. The pool is exclusive for you, no sharing with other people. Private and shaded parking space is available for 2 cars on the grounds in our new carport (2024). Barbecue area to prepare the Mediterranean delicacies is waiting for you. The beaches in Primosten and Rogoznica can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Walking distance down the hill about 3,5 km.

Idealan za digitalne nomade! Potpuno opremljen apartman na mirnoj lokaciji u kojem su psi dobro došli. Apartman je udaljen 200 metara od mora i od plaže za pse. Nudimo vam dvokrevetnu sobu sa vlastitom kupaonicom, sobu sa dva jednokrevetna ležaja koja se po potrebi mogu spojiti, kuhinju sa blagovaonicom i dvosjedom te kupaonicom. Na prekrasnoj prostranoj terasi nalazi se garnitura za 4 osobe i dvije ležajke. Klima uređaj, posteljina, ručnici i WiFi uključeni u cijenu.

Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Our newly opened campsite in the quiet part of Pakoštane is ideal for anyones vacation. In the spacious terrain very close to the sea we dispose with four completely new and furnished mobile homes built in 2019. In the silence of untouched nature, we have accommodated our mobile houses to look our beautiful Dalmatian sea, sun and islands as a stage. The houses are surrounded by olive trees that during the night seem fantastic under the light.
