Modern air-conditioned apartment in a new building designed by a designer. It is in an excellent location with easy access to the city center (12 min. on foot, 5 min. by scooter, 3 min. by car). The apartment is fully furnished (including a dishwasher, washing machine and a quality espresso coffee machine), has one separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa in the living room. It has a private parking space. You can relax on the smart TV with Netflix.

Flat have a green balcony, a big living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a charming kitchen :) (63 m2) Parking is free in front of the apartment and guests have a towel, cosmetics, coffee, tea and other small items FOR FREE... The apartment is old but clean and fragrant, so guests feel good here. I look forward to your visit :)

A brand new 2bedroom flat situated in the centre of the city, just a few steps from the main street with a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife and in walking distance to the historical centre of Košice. The apartment is unique and nicely furnished. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is large living room with very comfortable sofa/bed.
