Highly recommend!!! A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends. The owner is caring and hospitable.

The setup and layout of the house made for a warm welcome and stay as a family of 6. Our kids had plenty of room to play around outside and in the pool. Even very roomy inside as well. Plenty of room and even had a washer and dryer for clothes washing. Will definitely stay here again for future trips to Kuching. It was only a 5 min walk to the SamaJaya Park and also within walking distance to some family friendly parks for walking in the mornings and kids to play on swings and a playground. Will recommend for our friends to stay if they ever find themselves wanting a place to just relax and spend time as a family.

It was a great space to house our group (a get together weekend) of my friends from different part of the world. Clean facilities, peaceful location and very friendly and responsive host. Definitely will come back again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is very nice, clean, and well-maintained. It was more than sufficient for my small family — everything we needed was there. Good and responsive. this is very important. First day was bored cos the tv box was not working but subsequently responsive host changed it. Bathroom heater seemed to be not very hot. try not to bath too late. other than that it's fine. Iron board can be changed. but if you don't use it's good also. kitchen is clean, that's the most important to us.

The location is within walking distance to Gala City, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The place was very clean and felt just like home. I’ll definitely come back again!

Great stay at Elinor’s. She is a great host. Even met us in 2 different groups! Place is very clean and comfortable. Walked to The Spring Mall everyday. Easy to get Grab to town. We hired the car for the day and very easy to use. Would definitely stay again!

La ubicación es excelente! Realmente excelente, cerca de todo! El departamento es bastante grande. La presión del agua caliente es buena y el aire acondicionado enfría muy bien. La cama era cómoda, y las instalaciones estaban bien. El anfitrión fue flexible a la hora del check in y era muy práctico manejarse sin las llaves ya que cuenta con cerradura digital. Había olor a humedad, es lo único que tengo para decir del lugar.

Ping Wui apartment is one of the best in Jazz Suites towers. I will certainly book again the place in the future.

Strategic location, go down directly to the mall. especially early in the morning there is already a restaurant that is open in the mall (upper floor). the place is always guarded by the security guard, so I think it is quite safe.

I had an amazing stay at Katherine’s house—thank you! The place was cozy and well-equipped, with two sofas and two air conditioners in the living room, which made it very comfortable. However, I wanted to share a few points that might help improve the experience for future guests: Check-in process: It was a bit inconvenient to have to drive to the lobby to collect the key and then make a U-turn to park again. A more streamlined process would be appreciated. Bathroom issue: The bathroom drain in the living area seemed to be clogged, and the floor flooded during showers. Noise insulation: The window soundproofing could be improved. I could clearly hear traffic, especially loud motorbike exhausts at night. Bringing earplugs might be a good idea for light sleepers. Despite these small issues, I was overall satisfied with my stay.

Sherlene decorated the apartment in a cheerful and tasteful manner leaving me relaxed and enjoying the place as if visiting a friend. I would definitely stay at one of her apartments again if the opportunity arose in future!
