It was a nice stay…but i think they should provide more blankets for the guests. There was only one medium sized blanket in each room when we stayed. Other than that everything else was good.

Its kinda a like a hotel, but 1BH rooms. The room was spacious. There was no AC, but fan was enough as weather wasn't that hot. The pool is big and clean. However the chlorine content was too high and was causing eye irritation. Some items in the toilet was broken, still manageable.

I had a fantastic stay! The property is in a prime location in Kozhikode, offering easy access to public transport, which made getting around the city a breeze. The rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities listed, ensuring a comfortable stay. Anjali was a fantastic host - incredibly friendly and ensured my stay was comfortable. Special shoutout to Albin, who responded proactively to any needs, making the experience even more enjoyable. This is the place to be if you’re looking for convenience and great hospitality. Absolutely amazing place, with the tea fields right next door. Ronald was an amazing host and super helpful. There was always great food either cooked by the host family directly or from local restaurants and as much tea as one would like. Furthermore Ronald helped me organize day trips and a taxi to my next location, which both worked seamlessly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I had a great experience staying at Javad’s home. The place was clean, well-equipped, and matched the listing description. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. we stayed at Thomas place for a short duration but it was a very good experience. Thomas was very helpful at all times. The place is retro style and worth the experience. he provided all the necessary things, and the place is very clean. The view from the balcony is really good. Overall, the place is very nice.

Fantastic location and clean rooms. The swimming pool was well maintained with constant cleaning and filteration. The location is what makes this place fantastic, Only point being, the kitchen wasn't clean enough, but it didn't matter as we never had any intention to cook or make anything. Looking forward to visit again.

Great place to stay. Its off the main road and is pretty peaceful while being close enough to the main town.

I spent an evening at this wonderful apartment with a bunch of my friends. Well maintained apartment with aesthetic and tasteful interiors. Good privacy and view from the top! Would highly recommend (5/5) 😀 Just make sure to communicate your check-in time well in advance because the owner lives a bit far away.

We were greeted by the host's representative on arrival. The place was clean and tidy. We were able to prepare break fast every morning. All utensils were provided. There is a mini mart on the ground floor where all groceries, vegetables and milk is available. Also there is a Cafe on the same floor. Hilite mall is located in walking distance from the apartment. The only drawback worth mentioning is the noise pollution from the road works. Thanks to Ravab for hosting us.

The apartment is a true gem! Feels like home away from home. Came with my family and had a wonderful stay waking up to stunning mountain views. The kids enjoyed playing the games and in the pool. The property is clean and well maintained. Convenient self checkin and ample parking space. The property is really safe and hence would recommend for families. The host Sabeesh was also very helpful throughout our stay. Near to many tourist spots. Overall amazing!
