La ville de Berat, classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, est à 20 minutes en voiture, une excellente idée ! La maison est équipée de tout le nécessaire et dégage une atmosphère chaleureuse et intime. Elle dispose d'un balcon, de trois chambres, d'un salon avec deux canapés-lits, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur et cafetière, ainsi que d'une salle de bain avec bidet et douche. Les serviettes et le linge de lit sont fournis. Le jardin et les extérieurs sont en cours d'aménagement.
