Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. Newly renovated free standing house 130 m2 + outdoor space 250 m2 is intended for accommodation of up to 6 guests. The accommodation is fully equipped for a pleasant one-day or multi-day stay, it has its own private multiple parking spaces on the plot, a large yard, terrace, lawn. It is located in a quiet residential area, 15 minutes by car from the main square or 15 to 20 minutes on foot to Lake Jarun. The tram station is 3 minutes away, connecting all parts of the city with direct lines.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

RA Kuća moderna je, drvena kuća smještena na proplanku okružena šumama. Posjed se nalazi izvan naseljenog područja, 0,5 km od glavne prometnice koja vodi u nacionalni park Plitvice Lakes. Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. Od Nacionalnog parka Plitvice udaljena je svega 20 km, 10 km od starog grada Slunja s magičnim Rastokama, te 15ak km od Baraćevih Spilja.

Dear guests, our apartment is located in the small beautiful village of Korana, 3 km away from the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the waterfalls, river and mountains. Apartment contains room with satellite TV, free Wifi, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Part of the apartment is also a terrace right next to the river. We are looking forward to your visit!
