Cosy Vivienda Rural in 300 year old orange Farmhouse, Registered & Pet Friendly, right on the edge of the Sierra Nevada.The farm is surrounded by orange groves and grows olives etc. The Vivienda Rural is located near authentic Spanish villages in the Andarax valley & Alpujarras mountains, 28 km from Almeria (beaches) and 25 km from the Tabernas desert. En sus más de 200 metros cuadrados de superficie útil, cuenta con dos zonas comunes totalmente diferenciadas ( con cocina, comedor, salón cada una) Además, puede disfrutarse en verano y en invierno, ya que la costa de Almería tiene una temperatura media anual de 24 grados y 320 días de sol al año.

Cortijo Alguaztar, a little paradise

Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in a paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village with a short walk to the neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in the pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). Fast WiFi for working.

In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi.
