La Alpujarra : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Estuvimos poco tiempo . Con niños el apartamento era ideal como estar en casa y zona de juegos . Si los niños querían salir se les veía perfectamente . También tenían cuentos y juegos para distraerse .

The apartment is lovely and the location is great. Everything is near. It is only a short walk from the beach. The apartment has a balcony which is very nice as well since you can see the mountains and the sea. Barry is very friendly, reliable and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. My boyfriend and I stayed there for a big period of time and everything was great.

Tudo estava ótimo, localização excelente. Apenas uma observação… Não é possível 3 pessoas tomarem banho no mesmo horário. O aquecedor só aguenta dois banhos, acima disso a água fica fria. Precisa de programação para que ngm precise dormir sem tomar banho.

Virtuvėje yra viskas, ko reikia. Gali gaminti ką tik panorėjęs, indų labai daug. Miegamasis erdvus, lova plati, čiužinys kokybiškas, neišgulėtas. Šeimininkas tikrai myli savo svečius ir nori, kad jie jaustųsi gerai. Teritorija išpuoselėta, žalia, tvarkinga, saugu, ramu, nesigirdi jokių garsų. Per langus matosi golfo laukai ir jūra. Nuostabi terasa į pietų pusę, mums labai pasisekė, nes žiemą galėjome joje valgyti ir mėgautis saulės spinduliais. Rekomenduoju visiems, o ypač turintiems vaikų, nes yra puiki žaidimų aikštelė. Dėkoju šeimininkui už tai, kad jis myli savo svečius ir leidžia jaustis juose, kaip namuose.

Todo ha sido perfecto. El apartamento esta muy bien, muy grande y espacioso. Tiene un patio muy bonito por si se viaja con niños! Zona residencial muy tranquila y sin ruidos. Nosotros hemos estado muy a gusto. Paqui siempre atenta en todo momento incluso le hemos pedido informaciones de restaurantes y de momento nos ha aconsejado varios. Todo perfecto!

Apartamento espectacular, tres habitaciones, dos baños salón comedor, cocina equipada, climatizado por conductos y una terraza con vistas a la piscina. Todo amueblado y dispuesto para disfrutarlo. Posiblemente en una de las mejores zonas de Almería muy cercano al cabo de gata y a sus playas y pueblos. Genial!!

Me and my wife stayed at Iana's place for over 2 months and we had a fantastic stay. Iana is a very nice and friendly host, communicative and caring. The place is located in the very quiet area, with beautiful overviews and nearby viewpoints. The flat itself is nice, cosy, has all the amenities for everyday living, with a nice terrace. I was also working remotely from the there and I didn't have any issues, Internet connection was very good. This place is really good for nature lovers and people who like being active / are into sports. There are also plenty very nice and kind people living in the area whxih creates a nice welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. We definitely recommend this place and Iana as a host.

Wir sind zu zweit mit unserem Auto angereist und Sam hat uns so gut geleitet, dass wir die Finca auch problemlos gefunden haben. Die Anfahrt schien erst abenteuerlich, ist aber letztlich völlig problemlos. Im Haus fühlten wir uns gleich sehr willkommen. Getränke waren kalt- und kleine Süßigkeiten bereitgestellt, in den Details alles sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum.Wünsche offen. Ob Reinigunsmaterial oder Kochutensilien, alles ist da. In und um das Haus..so z B. auf dem oberen Balkon mit Meerblick und in dem auffallend gepflegten, sauberen Pool.. genießt man absolute Privatsphäre. Sam ist immer ansprechbar und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass sie und Ian sich freuen, wenn sie den Gästen auch noch Wünsche erfüllen können. Als wir nach einem kleinen Tisch für den Balkon gefragt haben, hat es keine Stunde gedauert, dass uns dieser Wunsch erfüllt wurde. Wir haben uns als persönliche Gäste gefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. ❤️ lichen Dank Sam u. Ian. Ihr seid toll.

Anuncio fiel a lo que te encuentras. Zona muy céntrica y muy próxima a pa zona de ambiente. Nos gustó.

Alojamiento tal y como se describe. Lo mejor de todo poder disfrutar de la piscina en pleno Agosto. Laly estuvo pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades desde el momento de la reserva. Nos recibió a nuestra llegada y nos explicó todo al igual que fue a despedirnos, y eso que nos fuimos muy pronto del alojamiento. Durante nuestra estancia me escribió para preocuparse que tal estábamos, súper pendiente de nosotros. Así es un lujo ir de vacaciones.

Bei dem Ferienhaus stimmte für uns einfach alles. Wohlfühlen ab dem ersten Augenblick. Ein altes Haus, liebevoll restauriert, an einem Hang voller Obstbäume. Mit Blick auf das Dorf und das Meer. Nach Sonnenuntergang wird dann noch der Kirchturm beleuchtet, das ist ein sehr schöner Anblick. Alles in dem Haus ist schön gemacht, von der Beleuchtung im Garten und im Pool bis zu der Inneneinrichtung. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an die Gastgeber. Das war eine andalusische Gastfreundschaft, wie es sie auf der Welt nur selten gibt!

Alberto ha sido muy amable,muy receptivo a nuestras peticiones.El apartamento estaba perfectamente equipado y con muchos detalles.Está muy cerca del palacio de los deportes.

El dueño muy amable siempre pendiente de todo. La casa igual que en las fotos espacioso cómodo y bonito no tengo ninguna queja nos encantó. También está muy cerca de la playa, la playa está detrás de la urbanización literal. También puedes salir andando para un boulevard donde hay varios restaurantes, muy cómodo, también está a uno 2in de Almería y cerca de cabo de gata y sus pueblos a unos 30-40min nos pareció genial la ubicación recomendada. Mae es muy amable y nos dejó ingresar antes de lo acordado. Las instalaciones están muy bien y está muy limpio. El único problema es que no pudimos ingresar a la piscina el lunes ni el día que ingresamos, de resto está todo muy bien!

Très belle maison, dans un quartier calme. très bonne literie. salles de bain peut-être à améliorer. Nous étions 7 personnes,donc suffisamment spacieux pour nous, mais au delà de 8 personnes la salle de vie aurait été un peu petite. Un très agréable séjour dans la ville et au final on retient une très jolie maison. Merci .

Todo como en la descripción, muy limpio, la localización espectacular. Aconsejable para repetir.

Mooi en ruim appartement met een zalig groot terras. Ontbijten onder het zonnetje met zicht op zee was heerlijk. Charis was ook een prima host. We arriveerden wat later, maar dat was geen probleem. Hij gaf ons ook nuttige tips voor winkel en restaurants in de buurt. Een eigen wagen is wel noodzakelijk daar. Want op wandelafstand is het aanbod beperkt. Maar binnen 10 minuutjes rijden vind je heel wat.

Wir haben 12 Tage in dem Apartement verbracht und waren begeistert! Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich ist noch viel größer, als auf den Fotos erkennbar. Man kann von der Terrasse aus aufs Meer blicken und den Sonnenaufgang genießen! Uns hat wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen und wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal wiederkommen!

L’accueil de Ivan au top , nous a conseillé pour les restos, le logement est bien situé proche du centre et de l’alhambra tout se fait à pied sinon arrêt de bus proche . Merci pour ce beau séjour .

Always lovely to be back home after a holiday but rather wishing this morning I was back on the beautiful upper deck in Nerja. A deck so large you can watch the sunrise and the sunset, the ocean and mountains, and lounge and cook and eat and even shower! Lasse’s apartment is luxurious and so comfortable and welcoming. You are right in the heart of old town Nerja with everything an easy walk, yet you have privacy, and space and all the touches of home. An honour system with a stocked bar fridge meant we could sit with a drink when first arriving and then replace the drinks later. A lovely kitchen with basics supplied and then some made making our few meals in so enjoyable. The penthouse lives up to its name and any few questions or glitches were handled so quickly and professionally by Mia and Lasse. I would say this was excellent value and you should book this apartment quickly, it was by far the nicest Air B& B we have stayed in Spain ( or maybe anywhere!) thanks Lasse &Mia

Fab apartment in a great location. Comfortable beds & well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Nice touch providing complementary tea and coffee pods along with other essentials that are so often overlooked. Host made us feel very welcome & met us at the property on arrival. We will definitely return.

Un apartamento de 2D con garaje cerano, ideal para visitar Granada. La casa estaba muy completa, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para una escapada de 3 noches, en nuestro caso. Nos despreocupamos del coche y fuimos al centro paseando en 15-20min. La anfitriona, Isa, fue muy amable y atenta.

Posizionato in pieno centro. Carmen ci ha lasciato posare i bagagli prima dell'orario di check-in e ci ha permesso di uscire più tardi dell'orario indicato, molto gentile. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno.
