Beautiful beachfront 2BD condo with extra sleeping options including an extra queen sofa bed, a single trundle bed and a futon. Sleep while you hear the ocean waves crashing in this beautiful beach. This unit is located on the sixth floor of the popular Sonoran Sun Resort. The property offers a swim up bar in the adults pool, heated during the winter, a children pool and two jacuzzis. Electrical charging stations for vehicles available and playground. Must be 25 yrs old to reserve, see rules.

Apartment is 920 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a 500 square foot ocean view patio. It is located in the Mirador area. This is a mostly residential area and mostly quiet. Located 2 block from the beach. Close by is Mannys, Pink Cadilac Pitaya, and the American Legion. 5 minutes from the Malacon and 13th street. Both are very popular with the tourists. My wife and I are long-time residents and can direct you to anything you need. The property is very clean and comfortable.

Este es un estudio pequeño dentro de una propiedad con una casa en el mismo terreno (mi abuela vive en esta casa), se c omparte el estacionamiento pero es grande, es cómodo, pequeño pero muy seguro, limpio y en una muy buena ubicación tiene un baño equipado, una cama, cocina pequeña donde pueden cocinar también muy equipada con todo lo necesario para su comodidad, la ubicación es muy buena cerca de playa mirador, de malecón, bancos, cruz roja, restaurantes entre otras cosas.
