Enjoy Good Vibes private riverfront beach, heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, pickleball, clubhouse, fishing pond, bathhouse is close, and fast WiFi. Sleeps up to 6 with queen bedroom, loft, futon, full kitchen, strong A/C, fireplace and 3 TVs. Set on the quieter pond side with open views. Golf cart may be available to rent from us or resort River days & sunset memories.

The gorgeous interiors are designed to make you feel right at home, with a king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds to accommodate all guests. The best part we include access to a private launch ramp and huge grass area to entertain and relax and only 2 mins away.

Tons of secure parking for cars and trailers alike. Take off in your UTV, Motorcycles or quads right from the house and straight into the desert. A block and a half the other direction and you're at the public launch and Community Park for Big River.

It sleeps 5, with 3 small beds and one roll out queen size sofa bed. and has been furnished with all new appliances. It is located on a corner lot with a fenced in yard. Just a few feet from the water and steps away from the county store. No cancellation fee! Bring the kids and the boat!!
