This 270 square foot tiny house is very comfortable, and although it is similar to a studio, it is set up with a full size kitchen and bathroom, as well as a full size bed on the main floor, so you can feel at home. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed!"

Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

Enjoy a country escape to our stylishly appointed studio apartment in a peaceful country setting, with a pond right out the front door! Our pet friendly property has been fully renovated, and includes a fenced in area for your dog and chairs to enjoy the sunset views. The well designed kitchenette, living room, bathroom, and washer/dryer are everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The apartment is the lower floor of our home, and my family and I live upstairs in a separate unit.

Riverhouse Sunshine Cottage

Sunshine Cottage is close to Downtown (about 2.2 miles) with lots of family-friendly activities. The Animas River / Oxbow Nature Preserve across the street, nightlife, public transport, the airport. This is a completely private cottage with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, (one main level, two downstairs) queen bed in Master, one king and two twins downstairs, and a queen pull out sofa in living room. The living room has direct TV. The TV in Master bedroom is for streaming only.
